For commercial lenders & brokers

Owner research software built for commercial lenders.

Start from a company name, a filing or a signal. Ada AI researches who owns and runs the business from state filings, UCC records and the company's own sources, then shows the evidence behind every name, role and contact field before anything reaches your pipeline.

Why lenders need the owner, not an org chart

Contact databases are built around titled employees at companies with a big online footprint. A commercial lender usually needs the owner of a small LLC, and that person is often only visible in state filings, UCC records and the company's own site.

Ada AI starts there. It reads the official record first, works out who owns and runs the business, and keeps the source attached to each finding so your team can check it.

What a research record contains

• The legal entity, its status and its registered agent from the state filing • Owners, officers and managers named in official records, with the filing cited • UCC filings against the entity, so you can see existing secured financing • Business contact channels for the decision-maker where evidence supports them • Email and phone pre-checks: syntax, domain and mail records, role and free-mail inboxes, toll-free, shared and company-line numbers • A clear status on each field: verified with evidence, partial, or unresolved

From research to outreach

Researched companies land in your workspace with their signals, contacts and evidence together. From there your team can work them through a deal pipeline, call from the built-in dialer, draft email follow-ups, and share a research report. Outreach always stays under your control.

How Ada handles evidence and sources

Discovery is not verification: owner, role and contact-channel proof are separate. Every contact field carries its source and evidence. A field without proof is never shown as verified, and research can come back partial or unresolved.

No breach data, ever. Breach and leak sources are switched off in production at the code and network level.

No data brokers unless you choose to add one. Consumer people-search sites are off by default and only run as an opt-in add-on. Research starts from official records and companies' own sites, and paid data vendors only run on research you approve.

Ada is not a consumer reporting agency. Don't use it as the basis for credit, insurance, employment or other FCRA-covered decisions.

Frequently asked questions

Does Ada look up people's private contact details? +

No. Ada researches business owners and decision-makers for business outreach. It focuses on business contact channels backed by evidence, and it doesn't use breach data. Consumer people-search sources are off by default.

Where does Ada's data come from? +

Official public records first: state business filings, UCC filings, permits, licenses, federal loan and fleet registries, plus companies' own websites and job posts. Ada's research toolkit is in-house. No breach data is ever used, and consumer people-search sources are an opt-in add-on that's off by default.

Are contacts verified? +

Only when the evidence supports it. Ada shows the source behind each name, role, email and phone, runs email and phone pre-checks, and leaves a field unverified or partial when proof is missing.

Can I use Ada for credit decisions? +

No. Ada is a business research and outreach tool, not a consumer report. Don't use it for FCRA-covered decisions such as credit approval or adverse action.
